In recent years, the buy-to-let market has seen rapid expansion but the resulting boom in lettings carries it's own problems. Landlords need timely advice and on occasion, swift action to protect their investment.  Tenants need to know their rights.

Many landlords are tempted to draft their own tenancy agreements or buy off-the-shelf packages, without understanding what they mean.  This usually amounts to a false economy as such agreements tend to be a “one-size-fits-all” solution which rarely covers the necessary areas. 

We offer a bespoke service by tailoring agreements to suit the individual landlord’s requirements. Usually, the tenant pays the cost of preparing that agreement.
