The breakdown of personal relationships is stressful and upsetting. At Hibberts LLP, our family and matrimonial team recognise that matters of family law need sensitive handling. We know that couples need help dealing with issues about contact, residency for children and rearranging financial affairs. We strive to achieve this quickly with as little animosity as possible.  Instructing us acts as a ‘filtering’ process and removes much of the potential for bitterness or recrimination.

Whilst we always try to obtain the best outcome for our clients in a reasonable manner, we recognise that there are times when robust steps and effective presentation in Court are essential to protect their interests.

We hold a Legal Services Commission Specialist Quality Mark meaning we are able to deal with publicly funded (“Legal Aid”) work.
