Our Company and Commercial Department is well-established and enjoys strong local links with the Cheshire business community.  We act for clients in both the public and private sector and can assist all business structures ranging from sole traders through to partnerships and LLPs to PLCs and charities.

We advise on the formation and liquidation of companies, acquisitions and mergers, partnership formation, management buy-outs, shareholder agreements, business transfers, joint venture agreements, insolvency and voluntary arrangements.
